    The DPO/DSA/MSO70000 Series is the most accurate real-time performance oscilloscope on the market. Discover critical signal information with a 4 channel system bandwidth of 20 GHz combined with the industry's highest waveform capture capability for low noise, high margin visibility. Capture accurately using the only available hardware-based serial pattern trigger for data rates up to 6.25 Gb/s. Increase system visibility using the MSO70000 models which include 16 logic channels with a very accurate 80psec timing resolution. With timing resolution of 80 ps, the MSO71254C's digital acquisition system enables you to make precise timing measurements on as many as 20 channels simultaneously. By using the iCapture™ digital-to-analog multiplexer feature, you can easily verify the analog characteristics of any of the 16 signals connected without changing probes or connections.

    To verify serial architectures, the serial pattern triggering for NRZ serial data streams with built-in clock recovery in the MSO71254C Oscilloscope allows correlating events across physical and link layers. For higher bit rate standards like USB 3.0, the 8b/10b serial pattern trigger and decode covers data rates up to 6.25 Gb/s. Ease of use and measurement throughput are key when a large number of measurements must be completed with a performance oscilloscope. The Tektronix MSO71254C comes standard with the DPOJET Advanced Jitter and Eye Diagram measurement application, providing the tools you need to quickly perform a high volume of measurements and collect statistics.
